I can’t recommend run club highly enough! “Run club” is really well run and most importantly fun! The coaches are knowledgeable, fun, supportive and patient – there’s no pressure to work harder than you want to, but they do “gently encourage” you to do your best! You’re able to take things at your own pace – there’s plenty of variety at each session to keep you engaged, improve your fitness and if you’re training for races, lots of opportunity to train and improve on your times! There’s something for everyone at run club – from those who are looking to improve their times, general fitness or just enjoy running…the people are really friendly, chilled and great fun too, so why not come and give it a try!!
