Run Club London was set up by lead coach Duncan Edwards in 2009 with the intention of making professionally coached group sessions available for your average person built on the idea that there is a runner in all of us waiting to get out.
Frustrated by the lack of enjoyable and inviting running groups for the non-elite runner Duncan launched Run Club London with the design of providing fun, varied, social sessions that any runner of any ability could turn up, feel right at home and enjoy.
Across the years as the club’s gone from strength to strength adding locations round the capital helping those from people who can just about run for 5 minutes through to runners training for their first marathon achieve their individual goals.
As well as offering fantastic group training Run Club London also promotes a great social ethos organising trips to races every few months, various nights out around town for the whole club as well as monthly social get togethers for the various locations.

When I first tried out I couldn’t even run for more than five minutes and here I am, 3 months later with a 10k under my belt. Fantastic! Great motivation, tuition and more importantly a bunch of really nice guys.
